Noon Wasing Estate One Day Retreat

Queenagers Retreat at the magical Wasing Estate with introductory wild-swimming, yoga and breath-work

Join us in 2024

Come and join some other Queenagers for a magical day in the ancient forest of family-owned Wasing Estate. The Dugdales have lived here for seven generation and Di the current chatelaine is graciously allowing Noon to have the run of the place.

We’ll meet at 10am near the lake and walk into the middle of the ancient forest to a warm yurt where we will spend a couple of hours doing some gentle breath-work and yoga in a warm yurt. Then we will walk back to the lake and spend a couple of hours swimming in its beautiful pure waters and popping in and out of the wood-fired sauna on its edge.

Don’t worry if you’ve never swum this early in the year before, you will be well looked after and supervised. And it is easy to warm up by going back into the sauna. The sauna looks out over the lake; sit in the warm chatting with your new friends as you look out over the water and watch the red kites soaring over the forest canopy.

We’ll then have a delicious lunch made on the open fire by the Wasing chefs (vegetarian and vegan options) and drink hot Cacao and tea.

When we are all satiated, we’ll return to our forest yurt for a Noon sharing circle with Eleanor Mills, Noon Founder and some of our amazing Advisory Board, to talk about starting new chapters in midlife and how we become the women we have always wanted to be.

At 4pm we’ll finish it up and return to our cars in the forest and head home.

Kit: Wear loose comfortable gear for yoga and stretching. Bring wellington boots or walking boots as it can be muddy and a warm coat and layers of jumpers and a woolly hat. You’ll need a swimming costume and a towel, too.

There will be a maximum of 20 Queenagers on a first-come first-served basis. Can’t wait to see you there!
