Take time for yourself, rekindle your passions and think about where you are going in this inspiring getaway.

How often do you take a week out just for yourself? To think about where you are and where you are going, ponder your legacy perhaps, or think about your purpose and how you are going to make these last decades count?

Many of us started off with dreams that were derailed by life, or kids or other ambitions. This is a chance to rekindle those passions.

In our founding mission statement Noon committed itself to delivering joy, fun and golden moments to our midlife female community. Our Noontime reboot will do just that. Laugh till your sides split round a bonfire in our fire temple. Swim naked in Broughton Hall’s private tarns high up in the dales. Stay in a proper stately home, dine by candlelight, and hang out in the hammam with 25 other women just like you.

At Noon we know it is never too late to be what you wanted to be. We’ve got the inspirational tales of those who have done just that to prove it.

We’ll feed your brain with inspiring talks from women on our advisory board such as foreign correspondent extraordinaire Christina Lamb OBE or award-winning novelist Tamsin Calidas or FT columnist and author of Extra Time: 10 Lessons for Living Longer Better, Baroness Camilla Cavendish.

What we’ll do at the Noontime Reboot

We’ll do restorative movement, bathe in the forest, enjoy the woodland sauna and lounge about in the purpose-built spa. There will be creative writing classes, confidence building workshops and groups where we share stories and take stock of our lives.
