At this retreat, set in the beautiful historic Broughton Hall – now known as Broughton Sanctuary – and the surrounding grounds, you’ll reconnect to what’s important, meet like-minded women and transform your life!

Join the drum circle and laugh till your sides split around a bonfire in our fire temple. Swim in Broughton Hall’s private tarns high up in the dales. Stay in a proper stately home, eat delicious locally sourced food and relax in the whirlpool, steam room, sauna and pool in the onsite Avalon Wellness Centre – all with women like you.

Four days gifted the socially starved, post-pandemic participants with a series of deepening conversations and connections between women walking parallel paths towards maturity and growth.

Why attend the Noon Purpose & Power Retreat

At Noon we know it is never too late to be what you wanted to be. We’ve got the inspirational tales of those who have done just that to prove it.

We’ll feed your brain with inspiring talks from women on our advisory board and other experts such as the forest guru Liz Dawes or our Founder Eleanor Mills and Lucy Ryan, author of Revolting Women.

Plus, with the Eidetics Imagery workshops, this retreat can be part of your professional leadership development and thus tax deductible or eligible for your company to cover the cost.

What we do at the Noon Purpose & Power Retreat

Over the 5 days we will take you on a Queenager journey to find your new tribe and next chapter. This is no ordinary women’s wellness retreat!

In midlife we can become disconnected from our power and purpose. We know at Noon that the way to get back on track is by following what brings us joy, remembering who we really are, shedding what no longer serves us and returning to the present.

We’ll do restorative movement involving yin yoga and healing crystal bowls, enjoy forest bathing followed by tea around a fire, relax in the sauna and improve the mind-body connection in the purpose-built spa. There will be Eidetics workshops – a powerful new technique used by women at the top of Silicon Valley, based on the latest neuroscience – and classes that spark your creativity, feed your confidence and move you as we share stories and take stock of our lives.

You’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose and a tribe that will help get you there!
