1. About these Terms & Conditions: Your contract is with InHer Space Ltd, company number 12518680, registered offices at 21 Bedford Square, London, United Kingdom, WC1B 3HH, referred to as “we”, “our” or “us” in this contract. A binding contract is entered into when your Eventbrite ticket purchase is confirmed. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Published information: Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information in our website and elsewhere is as accurate as possible, details are often published many months before the event takes place. We reserve the right to make changes to the website and elsewhere and any information they contain. If there are material changes before booking. InHer Space is only responsible for information contained within our own website and social media feed.
  3. Retreat programme, speakers and activities: All advertised activities may be changed without notice. It is occasionally necessary for us to make changes to the retreat programme and/or speakers and we reserve the right to make such changes.
  4. Indemnity: Noon, its parent company InHer Space Ltd, employees, contractors, venues and other associated individuals working on behalf of Noon are indemnified against all claims.
  5. Refunds: Refunds may be requested if you cannot attend the Retreat. Requests must be received 14 days before the first day of the event, in writing, to hello@inherspace.co.uk. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund tickets within the 14 days immediately preceding the Retreat.
  6. Cancellation: Whilst we hope we will never have to cancel a Retreat, this may happen and we reserve the right to do so. In the event the Retreat cannot take place at advertised dates or venue, Noon may cancel the event and provide you a full refund.
  7. Travel insurance: It is strongly recommended that you are protected by holiday/travel insurance.
  8. Disruption: Noon reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time if guests are found to be disruptive, rude, obstructive, abusive and/or break the terms of their bookings contract. In such circumstances, guests will be required to vacate the accommodation immediately and no refund will be payable to the guest/s for any part of their stay.
  9. Force majeure: Compensation will not be payable in any cases where an amendment, change or cancellation is due to “force majeure”, being unusual or unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which neither we nor our suppliers could avoid. These include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil disturbance or strife, terrorist activity (actual or threatened), industrial disputes, technical or maintenance problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, drought, adverse weather conditions, levels of water in rivers, acts of God, closure of airports, changes of schedules or operational decisions of transport providers.
  10. If the venue is not available as a result of Force Majeure at the commencement of the time booked by you, in such cases booking amendments or refunds will be at the discretion of Noon.
  11. Covid-19: All Noon events comply with government health regulations, including Covid guidance and restrictions. If a Retreat cannot take place because of government regulations, guidance or restrictions or because of the venue’s management of Covid-related issues, we will endeavour to reschedule the Retreat. If you are unable to attend due to any personal illness such as Covid-19, our cancellation policy will apply. A doctor’s note may be required.
  12. Illness during the event: If, during your stay, you begin to show any symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you inform us straight away.
  13. Prices: All prices advertised or quoted are per person in pounds sterling unless otherwise shown and are subject to change, up or down, until the booking is concluded and payment taken.
  14. Special requests: Whilst we will endeavour to comply with any special requests such as diets and room requirements, we can only do so on a “goodwill” basis. Noon cannot be held responsible if your desired bedroom is not available. We will always endeavour to accommodate requests when we can. All special requests including dietary requests and restrictions must be submitted in writing to Eleanor@inherspace.co.uk at least 14 days in advance of the Retreat.
  15. Accommodation: You agree to keep your accommodation clean and tidy and leave it in such condition at the point of departure. Any damages must be reported to the onsite Noon team prior to your departure. Accommodation left in an excessively dirty or inappropriate state may be subject to an additional cleaning surcharge. Broughton Hall maintains a comprehensive inventory of all of the contents of each accommodation, both practical and decorative. Guests will be required to pay for any damage to such items and will be charged for any item that is removed or lost.
  16. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside your accommodation or in the conservatory. If it is evident that guests have been smoking within the accommodation, Noon reserves the right to charge for any fumigation required.
  17. Candles: Due to fire risk, the use of candles or tea lights is not permitted anywhere in your accommodation.
  18. Outdoor risks: Noon provides Retreats on a rural estate. This environment presents inherent risks, and these form part of the experience you are buying into when you take part in a Noon Retreat. You are reminded of the higher degree of risk the rural environment presents and you should take appropriate and reasonable care for your safety and the safety of others at all times. This includes wearing suitable clothing and footwear for the terrain and weather conditions. You are responsible for your own safety.
  19. Personal property: Noon cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings at the Retreat. Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at the owner’s risk. It is recommended that your holiday insurance covers loss or damage to personal effects.
  20. Contract: This contract is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  21. Data protection: In order for us to process your booking we need to store and record your information, including data as supplied. For further information, refer to our privacy policy.
  22. Travel: We do not arrange flights or travel for any of our retreats. It is your responsibility to make necessary travel arrangements.
  23. Changes to the terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
